WHAT IS COACHING?

Coaching is the opportunity to guide your thoughts and your efforts towards a goal of your choosing. In asking you what is important, assessing current aspects and helping confirm what you’d like in life, coaching will help you optimise your behaviours to attain your goals.

What isn’t coaching?

Coaching is not therapy. The International Coaching Federation (ICF) is clear that, in order to provide an ethical coaching service, coaches must ensure they are providing a safe space for their clients. The free consultation will help identify whether coaching is the right choice for you.

What does it involve?

The coaching sessions will involve an initial consultation, followed by a targeted program consisting of 50 minute weekly sessions to help you stay on track and monitor your progress through your goal. Program length can vary to suit you and your needs.

Where will the coaching take place?

I am based in Melbourne and happy to meet clients in public spaces such as cafes and parks for face to face meetings, as some clients find it easier to discuss things in person. For convenience, sessions can also be held over video calls or phone calls to allow clients to have a session during their work day or after hours without the need for travel.
